RO Comprehensive Plan
What is covered?
All filters replacement (Filters will be replaced once at FOC and second time replacement of filters on chargeable basis). Spare covered- Booster Pump, Transformer, SMPS, LPS, Float level Controller/ Pressure Regulator and 2 Preventive Maintenance Services in a year.Â
What is not Covered?
Plastic Parts and Aesthetic Parts.
RO Care Plan
What is covered?
Spare/Functional parts covered – Booster Pump, Transformer/SMPS, LPS, Float Level Controller/Pressure Regulator only, 2 Preventive maintenance services.
What is not covered?
All Filters, Membrane, Plastic Parts, Aesthetic Parts and all other parts not specifically covered above shall be chargeable as per the Company Policy. All such parts will be replaced on MRP.
Filter Delight Plan
What is covered?
One time all filter replacement. This plan will be applicable within 30 Days of the purchase of the product upto 11th month of the product warranty.
What is not covered?
Membrane, all other spare parts Booster Pump, Transformer/SMPS, LPS, Float Level Controller/Pressure Regulator and Plastic Parts.
