For the stuffing you’ll need one tsp of oregano, 100gms of Mozzarella cheese, one cup boiled corn and 20gms of Jaepeno.

Now just a few steps to combine these ingredients, and you’ll have the perfect appetizer to get the party started.

To make the bread, add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Let it rest for 2 min. to make sure yeast is active. Mix flour and salt together in a bowl, add yeast water in it. Mix it well. Add garlic paste and olive oil. Kneed further to form smooth dough, cover and let it double. It will take about an hour or so.

Once this is done, prepare the stuffing by mixing all the stuffing ingredients. Divide the bread dough in 3 parts and make a ball. Now, roll the balls to make a flat disc. Stuffit with the cheese stuffing, to form a “half moon shape”, seal the corners.

Herb Roasted Chicken

To put this together you’ll need one full chicken, with skin, roughly cut fresh veggies like onions, carrots, beans, etc, about 250gms. 15 chopped garlic cloves,1tsp each of Thyme and Rosemary. 4tbsp of butter, 2tsp of lemon juice, fresh crushed pepper and salt to taste.

Before baking you will need to dress and marinate this chicken. To do this clean the chicken well. Start from the neck cavity; loosen skin from breasts and drumsticks by inserting fingers gently between skin and flesh. Prepare a marinade by combining garlic, rosemary, thyme, butter, crushed peppercorns, salt and lemon juice. Thoroughly rub the prepared spice mixture marinade under loosened skin of breasts and drumsticks and put the remaining mixture into the cavity. Tuck in the legs and truss it.
